Abstract
Taking advantage of the possibility of renovating a building in the center of Milan, it was decided to build a new multi-functional building comprising a 4-star hotel, offices and dwelling units. In order to built an high-energy building the whole team has collaborated from the very early stage of the process: a high-efficency envelope conjucted with advanced electrical and HVAC systems led to a sustainable and efficient building that obtained also a good classification in the LEED rating system.
